Personally, I like this pictures most, I used one off-camera speed flight on the right of stage, about 1/4 output on flash, and set about f5.6, 1/125 and iso 800 on camera.

To capture the motion, I set the speed about 1/25 with iso 800, and use off-camera flash to light up the stage.

Flash bounce on the ceiling to eliminate the hard shadow.
