I shot this set of photo at waterway boathouse in the Woodlands, TX. Originally we plan to shoot some Christmas theme for upcoming holiday, but this cute quite boathouse draw my attention, and I decided to give it a shot, and setup a one light system in just a minute. Our model is Sherry Liu this time. Although she is still on her way to professional world, but she is really talented, and did a great job under my direction.

The environment light was pretty normal, without any color bias, but I want to bring out more dramatic color with boats and background, so I adjust the white balance and put color filter to my lighting system, so that I can put deep blue casting on the background, and yet exaggerate those colorful boats in the back. With this setup, all these photos came out almost exactly what I wanted to be, and I just need to do a tiny bit of adjustment in post processing.
